About Sindi Karaca
Sindi Karaca was born on April 15, 1985, in Skopje, Macedonia, where she continues to live and work as a fashion designer and the founder of QUEEN Haute Couture.
From an early age, she showed a natural passion for creating unique, handcrafted designs. She later advanced her skills at the Istanbul Academy in Turkey, studying fashion and refining her creative vision. After completing her studies, she returned to Skopje and began designing and producing wedding dresses. Her early collections were featured in exclusive boutiques in Switzerland and Turkey, supported by a small production studio she established specifically for those markets. These collaborations stood out for their use of premium materials sourced from Paris, Barcelona, Dubai, and Istanbul.
With growing experience, Sindi and her management team decided to bring the entire creative process back to Skopje. This led to the founding of QUEEN Haute Couture, an exclusive studio devoted to wedding gowns crafted with her signature style.
The concept quickly proved successful, and both Sindi Karaca and QUEEN Haute Couture soon became a preferred destination for brides, expanding their presence across the Macedonian, Albanian, and Kosovo markets.
Sindi has devoted more than 15 years to the art of creating wedding dresses. The inspiration she draws from brides-to-be remains the core motivation behind her work.
